It’s funny when I look at my children sleeping. How at peace they are with themselves and in their sleep. Then I wonder what if we are doing precisely that every moment of our lives – at peace with ourselves with every breath we take. I know many of us take our breaths for granted and I learnt it the hard way many times when I hold my breath for one reason or another. I definitely turn blue in my face and I stop thinking about anything else except survival. When that happens, I notice I stop living essentially because all I can think of is to survive and desperately try to breath again. In that moment, I forget what the breath truly means to me. Today, maybe we can ask ourselves once again – what does our breaths mean to us? Is it simply survival or truly for living? How else do you see it? Let me know your thoughts … From my heart to yours!

It’s a New Start with New Breath

It’s like knowing how to make a living but forgets how to live.

Thanks Vivienne for your truthful admittance . Not many of us can stand in our truths and say them aloud. For that, I honour you for what you believe in and especially, how you live your life.
